WELCOME TO THE HOTEL

A little organised chaos.

Guests ask for food, room service and repairs. Each request has a patience timer. Complete it before patience runs out to earn takings and satisfaction.

Autopilot chooses available staff by their skills. Basil gets angrier when things go wrong; at 85% temper he causes an extra incident.

To intervene, choose Take over, select a staff member, then click a request. Sybil calms Basil, Polly handles guests, Manuel serves food, and Basil repairs things. Busy staff finish their current task first.

At 10 pm, satisfaction of 40% or higher wins the shift. A dinner rush between 7:20 and 8:40 pm brings faster requests. A new evening starts automatically after a short interval.
